By accessing or using Code-Wizard (the "Product"), you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you use the Product on behalf of an organisation, you confirm that you are authorised to bind that organisation to these terms.
2. Changes to terms
We may update these terms by posting a revised version on this website. Your continued use of the Product after changes are posted means you accept them.
3. Use of the Product
You may use the Product provided you use it safely and lawfully. When you create an account you must give accurate information, keep your credentials confidential and tell us promptly about any unauthorised use.
4. Prohibited activities
You must not disrupt the Product, break any law, infringe the rights of others, introduce malicious code or attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems.
5. Subscription
Paid features require payment as listed on our website. Trial or evaluation access is for assessment only, not commercial use, and code generated during a trial does not carry ownership rights. Ownership of generated code requires a paid plan or credits.
6. Billing
Charges are made to the payment method you provide. You must keep your billing details accurate and up to date.
7. Refunds
Subscriptions are non-refundable except as set out in our Refund Policy.
8. Intellectual property
We own the Product. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use it for your internal business purposes.
9. Confidentiality
You must not disclose our confidential information without our prior written consent.
10. Data privacy
Your use of the Product is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
11. Disclaimer of warranties
The Product is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
12. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for any loss of profits, data or similar losses.
13. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising out of your use of the Product or your breach of these terms.
14. Termination
You may close your account at any time through the website. We may suspend or terminate your access at any time, with or without cause or notice, including where we detect abnormal account activity. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.
15. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be resolved by arbitration in Bangalore, India.
16. Miscellaneous
These terms and the Privacy Policy form the entire agreement between you and us. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in effect. Our failure to enforce a right is not a waiver of it.
